Koinly’s Customer Support Went Above and Beyond
I purchased a plan with Koinly but didn’t realize that, as a Wealthsimple client, I was eligible for a free tax report through their partnership. After reaching out to customer support and explaining my situation, they promptly issued a full refund—even though I’d already downloaded my report. Professional, efficient, and truly customer-focused service. Highly recommend!
