Order missed online.
Placed an order online on Sunday 23 Feb for 2 large fence panels and a gate. Money taken from my account and order confirmed which included a £20 delivery fee. The depot is only 1.7 miles away but I have no means of transportation for the fencing. After 48 hrs I still hadn’t received a delivery slot. I was hoping for a delivery during the week so I could paint and fit the gate and panels over the weekend. I chased up the order only to be told it had been missed on line and the delivery will not take place until next Monday 3/3/25 which is disappointing when planning little jobs around better weather. I’m grateful Covers dealt with the issue quickly once I brought it to their attention.
