Absolutely amazing experience. Kathryn was so helpful and so patient on that WhatsApp chat thing! Kathryn was very polite, friendly, helpful and made sure to let me know of any help that would be available for my individual circumstances. She guided me into finding the correct meter for my flat and got a meter reading noted. She set up my account for me and got my direct debit sorted. With all the other things that I’m trying to get set up that are proving difficult, this is one experience that has been absolutely seamless and headache free. Definitely deserving of the 5 star. Amazing customer service, thank you Kathryn!
