Internet service is shocking. When a fault is not with the customer. One should try to rectify it to the best of their ability. I Paid the extra £6.99 for overnight delivery on live food. 5 days later I still hadn't received, the customer shouldn't have to stand to the cost of failed delivery! I asked for a refund just to receive an email saying item was shipped, tracking information etc. You can see yourself from the tracking information that the delivery has failed. You assign the delivery company, why is this the customers problem, I have literally spent hundreds with you in the past!? But you can't stand to £16 to keep a loyal customer happy. Well you've just lost this one.
