We stayed in the Phoenix VII and it was very nice and clean. There was some issues, the garbage disposal was not operating correctly, the stove fan didn't work, the Dryer wouldn't shutoff & hallway light bulb was out. We reported these issues to the front Desk and they quickly started working on resolve these issue. The light and disposal was repaired quickly but the dryer and stove fan required them to order parts. To the respect and defense of Brett Robinson, they can't repair issue if vacationer's don't report them, so they can have the opportunity to correct them for the next vacationer to a super vacation experience. There staff was nice and worked quickly to serve the vacationer. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN, THANKS
