Phoenix V - Nice Place To Stay
Nice place. Lots of other friendly snowbirds that we shared time with. Our condo was clean and nice, freshly painted prior to our arrival. Great view of the beach from the 11th floor balcony with nice deck furniture we used a lot. The two easy chairs in the living room could be updated as could the bed in the bedroom as they showed a fair amount of wear. The couch looked fairly new and a new stove was installed during our stay. We had problems with a cupboard door along with the lock on the front door and maintenance responded very quickly. I was disappointed many times to see Brett Robinson employees who worked at the front desk taking parking spaces relatively close to the door (not in handicapped spaces which I didn’t need anyway) when I think those spaces should reserved for paying guests. Employees should park in outlying parking areas further from the building. Overall a pretty nice place to stay.
