Just because you're online doesn't mean you offer no customer service!
Ok, so I've been a little hard on Accessories Warehouse. I ordered a game and that arrived, no problem. I ordered an X box series x, back in February,aware that it would have a heavy delay. Now my issue is that when I asked for an update, not once ,twice,three times and received no reply, then alarm bells start ringing. For an online retailer, that, I'd never dealt with before to ignore emails asking for updates on orders and flat out not replying, then you start to question the legitimacy of that site. The only reply I've ever received is the one below after I'd (unfairly) called them a scam company. Maybe if the customer service was better and reply to questions asked then maybe people wouldn't worry about getting ripped off online when there is nothing to worry about.
