I was scheduled to begin a 7 day course…
I was scheduled to begin a 7 day course today at 10am. and I was not able to access training. I called customer support and after 43 min of hold time they simply said they would put in a ticket and had system maintance today. I sent several emails and nothing. they responded at 1:30 and said it was up now to try it. I tried and nothing. It will not start the training, I am very upset that I wasted a whole day on this timed training.
