Worse rental company in dubai . They hire criminals as employees They robbed me of my deposit claiming I smoked even though I did not and they have no proof other than their lying employees ,and they scream at you like you are working for them not a customer a rude employees with the name yuhan or yujan lied to his managers to get cover other charges from another unit and charged me a smoking fee which is not listed on their contract and no smoking fee is listed any where . Their manager and owner are both Lebanese and we don’t have to say more than that they are well knows for scams . I filled a complaint with dubai tourism department . They need ti be stopped please don’t rent from them . I will dispute my credit card charge and make sure I get my money back and I will sue them for making me miss my flight and delaying me.
