Anoi is amazing at giving advice and feedback. Yes, it is his job to do so, but every time I ask him to review something I wrote for an application or an email, he responds quickly and is specific with what I did well and what I should add or fix. Along with that, he has helped me a lot with finding activities that line up with my interests, such as my interest in the environment and in writing. One thing I wish could be done better, however, is consistency with meetings. I believe structure would help me a lot, and regular meetings/check-ins would help me. Communication goes both ways, of course, so I can’t put that all on him.
