Decent app but onboarding could be clearer
Signed up in Denver and spent about 20 minutes confused about how the Ryde Wallet worked versus a linked card, and whether the AI assistant was booking things or just suggesting them. Once I figured it out everything ran smoothly, but a clearer onboarding flow or a quick tutorial would help new users a lot. The rides themselves have been great — no surge ever is a real thing, not just marketing.
