If I could give negative stars I would! My entire experience with this company was HORRIBLE. I ordered 2 of the mineral crystal coffee mugs to give as gifts. (I needed 8 but thought I should have them shipped to me first to check the quality before spending that amount of $ and direct shipping them) Thankfully I did! Delivery took an extremely long time. I was very excited to open these mugs because they looked so beautiful. Disappointment doesn't even begin to described how I felt. Not even close to looking like "minerals" I don't even think that they are resin but a cheap plastic with a metal removable cup that does not fit correctly. Read their return policy CAREFULLY! I immediately contacted the company requesting a return code. They seemed to intentionally wait on responding to my email requests - you only have a certain number of days from receipt to send them back. I continued to contact them, they required pictures, twice, and the reason for my return multiple times. When I FINALLY got return authorization I was told that my original shipping charges would not be refunded, ok no problem, but I needed to pay for return shipping and email them the tracking number. I didn't like that I needed to pay for shipping for a product that was so very clearly not what was described in the ad. I repackaged both mugs in the original boxes, addressed it EXACTLY as specified and went to UPS. Shipping costs were $51.83!!!!!! Almost as much as I paid for these ugly things! Additionally, UPS will not provide tracking information to China. Needless to say, I kept the mugs and will donate them. Don't waste your money or time with this company.
