I have many negatives
I have many negatives. Big ones are mentioning in sales presentations the onboarding of Sheraton etc. by summer and now saying could be by end of year. Secondly, a lot of time wasted trying to contact NY Sales Office for an appointment time. We have been satisfied generally with resorts and service at the resort but incredibly dissatisfied with all aspects of sales offices in a number of locations. Get any promise such as new facilities in writing.
