No communication at all

I didn’t choose Chase Monro, the initial company I was dealing with passed me on to them (as in I didn’t get a say). I had an email in June 2024 that my details had been passed across and chase monro had been dealing with. I heard nothing; I had to chase down my claim. I finally heard back at the end of May 2025, which said they’ll be in touch at the end of June. It’s now July, I’ve chased and got nothing back.
