Avoid This Service – Unreliable and Unprofessional. Booked a collection with Scrap Car Network for the afternoon slot (12:00–19:00). I arrived at 11:30 and waited until 19:00, but no one showed up or had the courtesy to call and update me. Tried calling the provided number, but it went straight to a full voicemail box. At 19:25—long after the agreed timeframe—I finally received a call saying they were ready to come for the collection . By then, I had already left. Absolutely pathetic service with zero communication. A complete waste of time. Would not recommend.
