We booked a specific unit seen on line…
We booked a specific unit seen on line with our travel agent . The unit was definitely available at the time for the 2 weeks. our agent booked indicating the specific request . What a disappointment when after 16 hrs of traveling we get a different unit completely outdated (90's) !!!!!!!. there is no way we would have rented this place if we had known !! WE looked at every unit that was available from Oct 19th -26th and felt that the requested unit looked pretty good , newer and clean. The lame excuse was that we didn't contact them directly for the request and they couldn't guarantee the unit requested would be provided !!! What difference does that make ?? Unit requested is available , why would you not provide ????? We ate on the balcony all of the time , at least we had an Ocean view ……. Everything else in Hawaii was great !!
