Not delivered

Not delivered. Total SCAM! Restaurant told that someone gave my name and my phone number down the building to get my order. I don’t live here, then it’s impossible. 1 hour on the phone. Finally EatStreet refuses to refund me without the restaurant’s agreement. 0 customer service! Had been scammed of $70, thanks!
