I passed my course level 3 on 11th July…
I passed my course level 3 on 11th July 2022 was advised my certificate can take up to 6 weeks. 5 emails all ignored by Stonebridge, nobody has bothered to reply or have the common courtesy to acknowledge my complaints. I am now at a stage where I am considering legal action as I have had two job offers withdrawn as I can't prove my qualification. So with the loss if earnings stress and frustration I am told I have a good case. It is disgusting behaviour from Stonebridge, I won't be completing my level 4 here.
