I rated you a 3 because it took me 45 mins to find the car. And at 1130 ok m at night time it is very frustrating and tiring for a mature adult. The car travelled well. The car alarms going off all the time was a pain. Especially at night time the beeping was loud. Your reception staff, he could have greeted me with a smile, and have a more pleasant tone in his voice and actually acknowledged my presence. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful transferring my luggage.
