I signed up November 2023 I was never informed that Brandon Ellis Law Firm was in a lawsuit. Fees being taken from my bank account each month Called client services multiple times no one answers, totally frustrating. Finally I decided to email them to cancel my account immediately. Thankfully I read a review that (Katie) wrote providing Reliant with phone number I called she said she will close my account and all funds will be returned to my bank account within 5 days. My advice don’t do any business with this firm, as they did nothing for me but take money out of my bank account monthly
