Overall very good
The car older model Dacia Duster) was what we expected from pictures and description, and worked well. The booking and follow up was also really good, with the insurances we needed for a 4wd car. We didn’t find the pick-up point at once, but this was described in an e-mail, and we found it after reading it carefully. So this was really on us, and they came to pick us up after we called about the lateness. The delivery after the trip also worked well, with a quick check up of the car. The reason for 4 stars, not 5, is due to the somewhat unfriendly receptionist when picking up the car. We would have appreciated a smile and a more friendly (and slower) conversation. Maybe she had an off day.. :)
