Have been trying to get into my account for 4 weeks.

I'm not one to write reviews but my experience over the last month has been terrible so I feel like warning you. I lost my username (new phone, had to reinstall app and lost pre saved username) and have been trying to get a new one for about 3 - 4 weeks now. So have not been able to log into the app and can't get to my own money... I sent email, reminders. I called - long wait, gave up. Called again, long wait, reached someone (who was very friendly, at least that's the only positive thing to say). Still got me nowhere. To one of my emails they replied that there were no attachments in my email which... there were. I don't know how you miss something like that. Still no username. No replies to my reminders. I simply can not get to my money... As soon as I'm able to get into my account I will withdraw my money and never use this bank again. So I caution you to proceed with them. I might have to look into legal action in an attempt access my own account again.
