Equipment did not work, we have now been refunded after this was highlighted through our trust pilot review.
EDIT- I have now received a refund for the jetwasher hire and therefore raised the star rating. However, taking home faulty equipment does raise a question mark on the validity of the service document that was issued at the time of our hire. And it caused us a huge inconvenience for works we had planned to do. There was a faulty valve with the pressure washer and it was good to know that the issue was indeed a faulty machine. It would be helpful if HSS could have a full day of business on a Saturday to deal with issues such as this rather than closing at 1pm, most people only have Saturdays and Sundays for jobs like this at home. Original review: Despite going online and doing all the trouble shooting suggestions, our pressure washer didn't work, and I have still been charged for the hire despite emailing straight away on the morning we hired it. We have used pressure washers in the past and so the fault is not with our water or supply. Nobody answers the phone for HSS when you try to call and I am still waiting for a response to my complaint sent nearly a month ago, which I also sent a follow up email for a few weeks ago. Terrible customer service and no answering from their phone line or via email. I'm still waiting for a response HSS...
