My only regret is I didn't do this procedure sooner

I genuinely do not know where to start. I think I've written this review multiple times, but it's so hard to consolidate everything into one review without leaving out somebody who has helped me. Firstly, I spent months researching companies to get my gastric sleeve done, and I mean months. Then, it turned out I knew people who had the same procedure done with Pureada, so I was able to quiz them and get their honest feedback. I was also lucky enough to know a person who had theirs done a few weeks before me with them, so again, I could get honest feedback. The moment I paid my deposit, the team was so nice. The buildup towards the date I was flying out was nice and smooth. I was traveling alone, so I was a little more nervous, but the guys kept me at ease and explained the whole process, sending me a timetable for my entire stay. Gwen called me just before I was boarding the plane, and we had a reassuring chat. I was met at the airport by Huseyin's transport team and brought to the hotel where I met Gwen in person and got checked in, putting me at ease. We even had a video call with my family back in Ireland, where Gwen also reassured them. The following day, I was met by the lovely Janet, who stayed with me during my pre-operation checks. She stayed in touch with my contacts the whole time I was in surgery and let them know when I was out of surgery. My family and I would have been lost without that service. If I was uncomfortable or sleepy post-surgery, Janet couldn't do enough. She was a great link between me and the hospital and excellent at making sure I was getting up for my walks and following my recovery plan. Back at the hotel, I met Gwen again, and she was so comforting. She was able to give me some excellent tips and advice to ease into my new way of life. The following day, I was feeling a little low, I guess I missed my family and was adjusting to my new life, and Mete called in to see me. He was a beacon of light that gave me the energy lift I needed; he was so positive! A few days later, I visited the Pureada office for a check-in and finally got to meet Tina, who is also lovely. She will be the lady behind checking in on you, and sometimes you just need that message to give you a boost. Finally, I made a small mistake and didn't bring a big enough suitcase. In stepped the team once more, and the guys organized Huseyin to call in personally and bring me shopping to get a new suitcase. The personal touches done by each and every one of the team before, during, and even today as they still check in on me are beyond my expectations. I am so glad I picked Pureada and got to meet everyone. My life has changed so much since Pureada came into my life and guided me through my surgery. My only regret is I didn't do this procedure sooner, so thank you to all at Pureada from me (and my family) from the bottom of my heart!
