Unfortunately I’m disappointed
Unfortunately I’m disappointed. I was looking forward to it. The team was very punctual and lovely, it started well. But now that it fully dried it looks like my carpet is only half-cleaned. I now see very defined stripes of cleaner carpet and stripes of less clean scarlet. And no, in case you’re wondering, it’s got nothing to do with the orientation of the “hair” or fibers or whatever. It’s meant to be monochrome. But it’s not anymore… I am now the owner of a striped carpet - could be cool if it had been the intention, but it was not. Just a half deep clean and now my carpet looks weird… I’d be happy to provide photo evidence if only this platform allowed it.
