Santrex are useless, avoid at all costs
I have never come across such an appalling company! Their support is truly useless, 24 hours plus for a first response to a server down issue. One of my servers with them was down for 3 days and it turned out that the network cable was dislodged - THREE DAYS!!!! I persevered with them for almost a year, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but really, don't waste your time, they are truly useless. Save yourself a lot of pain and frustration and go to one of the many other excellent providers. I have servers with over 20 providers in 16 countries, and I have never come across any company remotely as bad as Santrex, they are an utter embarrassment and I am ashamed that they are based in the UK.
