Mess up on booking where with a discount code, the confirmation said it would be a full cover deal yet upon arrival, the excess was at $750. The service assistant was lovely and tried to do as much as possible to help but overall her manager said no to honouring the confirmation deal. Car was fine and no problems as such but was disappointing that they couldn’t honour the deal I paid for from the webite.
