Hired a cement mixer which was supposed to arrive in the morning but arrived late at 2pm. Didnt arrive with the legs which came another hour later. Then when i turned it on i noticed it was faulty (leaking oil from the back). Showed the driver who dropped of the legs and he advised us to call the office. Each time i call they keep redirecting my call or giving me another number to call. I have been cut off more times than i can count and when i am on the call i am waiting for around an hour each time to speak to someone. I eventually got told i will recieve a refund and my deposit back but still have not heard back, still have not recieved anything. Cant get through to them regarding this issue either.
