10,000 EUR held and no replies to emails etc... Avoid at all costs.
Account blocked for apparently (I didn't...) breaking T&Cs but they won't tell me which one I broke. 10,000 EURO stuck and they won't even reply to me. Details sent for transfer but they are blatantly ignoring all contact from myself. They've had my money for weeks with no sign of getting it back. Avoid completely. Wirex - please do not waste your time replying with the usual "To our regret, the refund process following the closure of an account is complex and time-consuming. It requires manual checks and coordination across various departments. While we cannot offer specific timeframes, please rest assured that your case won’t get overlooked." nonsense. All it does is prove you don't even read complaints and have the same auto bot response.
