Steer way clear of this company
This company lacks integrity. Stay way clear of them. We went through Alaska Air Car Rentals and the reservations ended up going through ACO which I guess contracts out with Ausby Car Rentals. The car was crap that we received - 2015 Chevy Malibu with 166,000+ miles on it, several stains on the interior, and hail damage on the outside. The driver's seat belt broke the first night and I had to duct tape it for the rest of the trip. The car was definitely not what we reserved. I was able to reach out to someone who said he was the manager, I mentioned their 1.2 out of 5 rating on Google. He said he didn't care. They still have not returned the $150 security deposit, even after the 15 working days. Now, I cannot reach them this week. Their phones no longer work. My guess is that they have now blocked my number.
