If you are thinking the Energy Ombudsman are your answer to sorting out your energy complaints think again. They are an absolute waste of time and as a government body a waste of tax payers money. Don’t waste your time contacting them and sending evidence go through small claims instead. We had a lady called Amy closed account despite EON still owing us money then asked how to complain about their poor service to be told can’t complain doesn’t fit criteria. Honestly rubbish government lip service organisation don’t waste your time !
