Most screwed up delivery service ever
Most screwed up delivery service ever. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, the app changed the name of my runner 8 times and kept changing the estimated time of arrival. This is usual, not unusual. When you try to contact one of the runners, you get back a message that the runner is driving so no texts are allowed.
