Wrong bus and bad driver

To start we got the wrong kind of bus. The driver arrived early which was nice but he did not know how to get to our destination; our party had to give him step by step directions on the way there and back. He also did not know how to use any of the sound system equipment, we had to set it up and figure out how to use it and there was no auxiliary cord even though the description said it would. The driver also refused to drive around to sight see before arriving to the destination. He also requested for us to call him 10minuets before we needed to be picked up even though the contract he had the time and he arrived before the time we were to he picked up. Overall we had the wrong bus and a driver who did not know how to do his job or use the bus equipment.
