No Money Refund after cancelled order
We've ordered a SkyWind product, together with the set for montage (Set für Aufdachmontage). The original product is in use, and works perfectly, but the set for montage has been cancelled. This is already months ago, but after various mails and calls, we cannot seem to get our money back. This gives sincere damage trust, and we are not sure how to approach SkyWind anymore. Mails are not replied, calls are not answered, or we cannot seem to get in touch with an English speaking person.
