habe bei lidl eine teleskop baumschere gekauft die beim ersten gebrauch leider zu bruch gegangen ist.habe dan bei optimex services angerufen der schaden wurde problemm los gelöst mann sagte mir das es bis zu 14 tagen dauern kann.ich bekamm heute eine neue teleskop baumschere.super service danke
