Waste of effort
Waste of effort. Failed to deliver, despite me making 3 phone calls to confirm it was going to happen. Better off using a traditional vendor who actually stock the product. No one calls you back when promised. Update following response. You respond by stating that you tried to contact me as soon as you knew about the delay. This statement is not true. I was given a delivery window of 7am-4pm. Between 3.30pm and 3.55pm I made 3 calls to your office to confirm if the delivery was still happening. The first response I received was “let me check and I will call you back in 10” this never happened. Second call I was cut off by mistake by your operator, no call back. Third call, at 3.58pm I eventually received confirmation that you weren’t shipping the product and it would be another 2 days. Finally, it’s been over a week since you replied and your claim that “someone will reach out” is also not correct. Please don’t waste your time reaching out. Please however look at how much I have previously spent with your company. This is the second delivery failure. There won’t be a third.
