I have recently placed an order for Jean Paul Gautier; l'eau de toilette with Fragrance Expert. Unfortunately, as there was a delay in the specified delivery date, the company's Manager; Paul, whom I liaised with on the telephone, was extremely kind, apologetic and sympathetic. He went out of his way to rectify the problem and said that he would arrange an overnight delivery to my house for the following day. He was certainly a man of his word, as I received the perfume as promised, along with a few added extra special gifts for the inconvenience caused. I am super impressed with the service I have received from the company and would certainly highly recommend their good value prices. Thank you Paul!!!
