My experience with 'The Keys Please' has been utterly unacceptable. I booked two apartments for a stay and encountered numerous issues, primarily with cleanliness. Despite providing detailed feedback and photographic evidence of a dirty one-bedroom apartment and a filthy three-bedroom apartment, including issues like hair-covered carpets, stained furniture, thick dust-covered kitchen appliances and unhygienic bedding. My complaints were met with one reply follow by complete silence. I've sent multiple follow-up emails over two months, each detailing the ongoing lack of response, yet I've received no resolution. The complete lack of communication from 'The Keys Please' is disrespectful and unprofessional. I've been forced to escalate this matter with Booking.com and my bank, and I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company. Their disregard for customer concerns and failure to provide clean, habitable accommodations is deeply disappointing. If you value basic hygiene and responsive customer service, look elsewhere!!!!!!! 'The Keys Please' has proven utterly unreliable and indifferent to their customers' experiences.
