Thoroughly unpleasant stay
Thoroughly unpleasant stay that doesn't even get close to the level of service that you'd expect from the price. Started with the person responsible for facilitating check-in hanging up on my face. There was a broken tile int he bathroom with some sharp shards sticking out of the wall. Property was somewhat dirty and there was still signs of trash in the kitchen. Glasses in the closet, dirty dishes in the cabinets and dishwasher not emptied. Consistent smell of gas from the stove. Rock hard mattresses. Diluted shower gels and no shampoos. No functioning entry gate remote. Lastly, the crib we had asked for was not installed and no one cared to help (also, didn't have bedsheets). Property managers were not apologetic at all for this very long list of issues and were completely uninterested in making amendments (not a surprise given the state the property was in!). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
