Hands down, this is the best company for cellphone services.
Where to begin? I was originally looking to save money on our family cellphone bill and I spent a couple of days researching various companies and trying to dial in to what people were saying about them. I was very close to going with another brand and then I got to reading about U.S. Mobile and it was easy to convince myself to give them a shot because of what they were offering. I saw the Multi-Network add-on as very appealing because at work, one network works better in some buildings and another network works better in others. I have 6 devices and prior to U.S. Mobile I was with Metro by T-Mobile with a $220 cellphone bill, all on the best plan they had to offer. Now, after everything is said and done, my cellphone bill is down to $130 for MORE than what I had with Metro by T-Mobile. To be honest, I still have one more device that I have to put on the account for another $25 so that number is going to be $155. Still, that is a fantastic cut on the cellphone bill and as I mentioned, for more than what we had. My primary line has that Multi-Network add-on on it and that is working great! I have both the Dark Star (AT&T) and the Light Speed (T-Mobile) networks and my Galaxy Fold 7 can switch between the networks as needed. For example, if the Dark Star network has trouble connecting then the device switches over to the Light Speed network automatically. I've read that running dual sims drains your battery faster, but in my case my battery actually lasts longer. Before, by the end of my work day I would regularly walk to my car with about 40-50% battery left. Now, I'm walking to my car with 60-70%, every day. Cellphone batteries are hammered with constantly having to search for signals to the carrier networks and you can bet if you are walking around with 1 or 2 bars of signal all day, your battery will suffer. With the ability to switch back and forth as needed and with the right combination of networks this no longer is a problem. Additionally note, that even without the Multi-Network add-on you can switch to a different network if you find that one network works better for you than another. However, you are limited to doing this I want to say 3 times in a year. With the add-on, it's like having two sim cards or E-sims in your device and both networks are active at the same time, plus you can still switch to the third network if needed. It is important to note that every interaction I have had with US Mobile has been over chat and every interaction has easily been a 5 star experience. They are responsive and patient and competent and seem to genuinely care about your experience and concerns. In transferring my family phone numbers from one service provider to the next I was concerned with the company fumbling the transfer and me losing my numbers, but the transfers were seamless and fast! Have your account number from your previous carrier ready along with a transfer pin and you are golden! The service rep was so very patient and seemingly genuinely pleased to help me while I waited on the beaches of Florida to see if everything went through. Before I knew it I was up and running and it was like my device never missed a beat. The plans that U.S. Mobile has to offer are phenomenal! Whether you are just looking for a couple hundred minutes or unlimited data, US Mobile has something for every situation. Not only do they have prefab plans with great features and perks but you can even build your own plan from the ground up! Your minutes, your texts, and your data, each line on your account, you choose! I even have one for my watch along with all of our phones, and it's still reasonably priced. The app used to interact with your account, pay your bill, and chat with customer support is easy to navigate and understand. The amount of information you have about your account is a testament to how transparent this brand intends to be with it's customers. You have control over your experience, pure plain and simple. I love it! I have used many carriers over the years, from AT&T and Sprint, to Straight Talk, Mint Mobile, and Metro by T-Mobile. U.S. Mobile has wiped the floor with all of them! They have dropped the mic and are walking back into the crowd of very pleased customers. It's one thing for a company to provide a good product, but nowadays it's hard to find one that has both a great product and excellent customer service. With U.S. Mobile you get both. At least, I have and it's been so very refreshing to see. So now I have saved some money, I have great service, and even more perks than what I had before, and I am confident I can approach this company with my questions and concerns and actually be heard. I'm not trapped in a contract or having to wonder about reliability and it just means I have one less thing to worry about. I promote this brand as it were a trophy because in my mind, it is. Well done!
