Unable to get notes sent and received second invoice from another company.
Appointment in Cardiff Bay hospital in February, took 9 weeks and numerous phone calls, emails and a formal complaint to get my consultation notes sent to myself and GP. They blamed new computer systems. Now in July I receive an email from a third party “mediserve” requesting payment for the consultation. Paid in full on site in February. Have since rang the secretary of consultant and emailed customer relations at Nuffield and have received no response to this new invoice.
