Booked a holiday with this company as I do often but our last holiday booking went from green went to amber they messaged to say don’t worry we’ll be in touch regarding what we wanted to do about changes, didn’t hear from them just a demand for final payment, tried to get in touch everyday for 2 wks in the end we had no choice but to accept this holiday and pay, requested a call back several times nothing!! Absolutely disgusted with the way we’ve been treated, will not be booking again. When they sent an email to review this holiday it wouldn’t go through suprise suprise!
