I wrote my first review on 30th January. I received a phone in the afternoon. Now I was told they would contact the 3rd party the same day and chase my payment. Guess what? I have sent 2 emails since then, I have heard nothing. I cannot understand how this solicitors have received such high reviews. I find it so hard to believe, knowing how my claim has been dealt with! I email the person who is handling my claim, and I get no response! It is a very poor service! Mrs Pamela Heslop.
