Lovely school and online experience. Great value and price.
I have been so happy to find this training during the crisis of Covid-19. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Though the last few years both my mobility and my practice have been limited as I was working a lot and making a lot of moves and felt most of my time for self care should be spent doing weight training or cardio. This time forced me to slow down and to find this school and dig into my practice and fall in love all over again has been a blessing. Many days right now it’s still a struggle to get to my mat, but it’s so helpful to have a deeper reason to keep coming back. I hope to someday actually move into teaching some restorative trauma informed classes. For now to get there into my own practice is great. This school is really helpful to get to the base knowledge. I have also been a massage therapist for nearly 20 years and I really appreciated the level of attention they give to Anatomy and Physiology at this school. Thanks, ladies.
