I recently made a mistake with my address and both Best Grocery and DHL rallied and saved the day. Both were incredibly understanding and very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process as they resolved the issue. Outstanding customer service! Besides that, I have ordered from Best Grocery on ten occasions now and I am always impressed by the care with which each item is packed, neatly arranged in the box and always a joy and a treat to open. Everything has always been fresh and I love the selection and range of natural, healthy and organic products to choose from. What a pleasure doing business with Best Grocery!
