Customer service is extremely poor
Customer service is extremely poor. No matter how many emails or calls you make, you never receive a reply. The reception staff seem to lack the necessary knowledge for their jobs; even when you raise a query, they acknowledge it but never follow up. I have proof—I’ve emailed more than ten times about issues no reply. swimming pool area toilets always smell unpleasant. They organize kids’ swimming lessons on weekends, which is when the facility is busiest, and the bathroom cleaner even cleans same time. This leaves only a few showers available, and we must use water treated with chemicals while going and coming back to showers I have complained many times, but nothing changes. Finally, most of the gym equipment is constantly under repair.
