Not authorising repairs
Certas Energy bought Hafod Renewables who fitted our solar system. Unfortunately they fitted it incorrectly which resulted in a costly failure. We’ve been without solar for 4 months, the latest issue is Certas consistently delaying approval of the fix, despite a third party confirming the installation issue. They keep saying it will be by the end of the day or 48 hours but it doesn’t happen. Note : there are two Rob Davies' that have issues. Mine keeps getting mixed up, this is the issue that's waiting for authorisation from a Certas director
