Scooter faulty within 6 months
Scooter faulty within 6 months, have contacted their customer service (only email) to return for repair/replacement. Been waiting almost 1 month for scooter to be picked up by DPD, no attempts by courier to pick up and Pure Electric no longer responding to emails. Abysmal customer service - AVOID !!!!
