Footwear is weak and falls to pieces
Footwear is weak and falls to pieces. Soles come unstuck on first contact with cold weather. Primark refuse to refund money or replace footwear without receipt even though only bought approx. 10 weeks ago hardly worn and have PRIMARK written on the insole. These boots I refer to are still being sold by them. Legally you don't need a receipt unless the vendor denies selling you the product. How can Primark deny selling these boots, it has their name in them and they are still in-store?! Made in China, carbon footprint, sent to shipyard, carbon footprint, shipped to UK, carbon footprint, Distributed around UK, carbon footprint, sold to me and taken home, carbon footprint; then they fall to bits and need to be thrown in the garbage, CARBON FOOTPRINT. Primark footwear should state on the label 'Disposable' or 'Single Use Item'. I no longer trust Primark and caution others about buying clothing from them.
