When someone offers a membership, and then can't login for no fault of their own. Do you think you should still use that business? Or lawyers are exempt?
I joined Laywer.com and was able to post my issue. Next time I tried, I was not able to login. I called several times and I was told that their website was NOT FRIENDLY - their own words. After I was directed to inumerous pages, I still could not login. I asked to be reset to 29 days, because I was not able to use the service. Alisson was very defensive and would not take responsibility and cancelled me.
